Planning an event can be tricky. How much should be ordered based on the number of guests? Which wines are needed to create the ultimate pairings for the menu? What is to be done if there are leftover wines? The Sundance staff are experts at solving all of these questions and can make the process easy and hassle-free for you or your clients.

It’s a serious party foul when the beverages run out prematurely. It is also a burden to have ordered extra products that won’t get used. Unlike other providers, Sundance can pre-approve orders to return unopened products! (Some restrictions apply.)

Event FAQ

Sundance delivery is free for orders over $100 in the Roaring Fork Valley. Orders under the minimum will be charged a $20 delivery fee.
Sundance’s team works hard to get your order to you exactly when you want it. If you are ordering products currently in stock, Sundance will work with you to deliver ASAP or at a time convenient for you.
We will work with our vast network of distributors and suppliers to track down the exact products you are searching for and get them delivered quickly. Go ahead, try us – we love a challenge. 

If you’d like to send a gift to anyone in the Roaring Fork Valley we have you covered! A gift wrapped bottle of champagne to the newlyweds? A bottle of Cabernet to the new homeowner?
